How do returns and refunds work?
The basic process for requesting a return or refund.

Products should normally be unused, securely packaged and returned with the order details. Some products may be excluded for hygiene, safety, customisation or other lawful reasons.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.
