when will my order be dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email after checkout and another email when the order has been dispatched.
After checkout, we send an order confirmation email. A separate dispatch email is sent when your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If you have not received either email, check your spam folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
