Can I change or cancel my order?
What to do when an order needs to be changed or cancelled.
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@bokula.co.uk. We will try to help before the order enters processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change or cancel it. You may still be able to return eligible goods after delivery under the applicable returns policy.
