Where can I find updates on my order?
How to find order confirmation, dispatch and tracking updates.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is dispatched, we will send a second email containing the available tracking information.
Please check your spam or junk folder if the message has not arrived. You can also sign in to your Bokula account to review your recent orders.
If you still cannot find an update, contact hello@bokula.co.uk and include your order number.
