why does tracking say dispatched but the carrier does not have the parcel?
The tracking record can appear as soon as a label is generated, before the first carrier scan.
Tracking information is normally created when the delivery label is generated. The carrier may not show possession of the parcel until it reaches the first scanning point.
Please allow up to 24 hours on working days for tracking to begin updating.
