Tracking may take time to update after a label is created or while the parcel moves between carrier hubs.
A tracking label may be created before the carrier performs the first physical scan. Updates can also pause while a parcel moves between depots.
Allow at least one working day after dispatch for the first scan. During peak periods, updates may take longer.
